Our advice: 1-phase 32A charging station 7.4 kW. For the best charging time with this main connection, we advise to install Dynamic Load Balancing. An extra energy meter will communicate with the charging station, so you don’t have to worry about power outage. With full power the Tesla Model will be charged in 8 hours (Standard Range) or 11 hours (performance). Want to charge quicker? Increase your connection to 3x25A.

Our advice: for the best and fastest charging result we advise 11 or 22kW charging station in combination with Dynamic Load Balancing. On full power the total charging time will take up to 5 – 8 hours. Do you want to be prepared for a future electric car? Then we advise to choose a 22kW charging station.

Alfen ICU Eve Mini

This Alfen ICU Eve mini is the ideal charging station for home locations, thanks to its compact size. The robust housing has the highest protection certification and gives the charging station a modern look.

  • Color display: The charging instructions are shown on the full color display.
  • No power outage: Dynamic and static load balancing possible. Dynamic load balancing takes the actual power that is available for charging the car into account. There are extra costs calculated with this because an extra meter must be installed. Alfen offers an option to order their own developed meter as an extra.
  • 24/7 support and reimbursement of costs: Including E-Flux backoffice subscription starting at €2.50 per month. Because the charging station is simlock free, it’s always possible to change to a different provider (similar to mobile phone).

KeContact P30

The KEBA charging station is delivered with 1 socket and can be mounted on a wall or separately on a pedestal. Because the power (Ampere) can be adjusted at any time, the KEBA can be connected to a 1-phase and 3-phase main connection.

  • Future-proof: The KEBA wallbox can be set to both 1-phase and 3-phase (3,7kW to 22kW). ’This creates flexibility for the future if the connection will be expanded because, for example, a heat pump is installed, or a new electric car is purchased with a higher charge capacity.
  • No power outage: Dynamic and static load balancing possible. Dynamic load balancing takes the actual power that is available for charging the car into account. There are extra costs calculated with this because an extra meter must be installed. At KEBA, this solution consists of placing a smart meter on the p1 port.

CirControl WallBox Smart

The CirControl Wallbox Smart is an ideal charging station for homes due to its compact size.

  • Charge two cars at high power at the same time: This charging station can charge two cars at high power at the same time. This makes the wallbox ideal for households with two electric cars.
  • Prevent overload: Only static load balancing is possible with the CirControl. The maximum charge capacity is set in the back office. No additional hardware is needed, but having a back office makes this a lot easier. This can be remotely changed from a distance.
  • 24/7 support and reimbursement of costs: Subscription to back office via TSG Netherlands. Because the charging station is simlock free, it’s always possible to change to a different provider (similar to mobile phone).
